Hello,

All our scheduled listings are returned as errors. This was the same problem a few days ago as well as a few days before that. Why cant AW stabilize their systems?

Please RESOLVE this issue ASAP as many auctions are scheduled to relist today and tomorrow.

Hello,

The reason why you dont see any erred auctions in my pending folder is because we keep
re-submiting them MANY TIMES until they actually list successfully.

Please DO NOT overlook this issue, and have your engineers work on it. This happened last week and is continuing to happen.
If this issue will not be resolved, this will result in NON-efficiency, Time Loss and MOST IMPORTANTLY--LOSS OF MONEY!

PLEASE Check your system, eBay API or whatever you think it might be and resolve this problem. I need to know that scheduled listings are actually getting listed and not have to check repeatedly for erred out auctions!

Hi Robert,

We need at least ONE item left in its error state to check on the cause of the error. Please, if you do run into this again, leave one of the items with its error beside it so engineering can check to see the cause.

When you reschedule, the error message is wiped out and we have no way to see why eBay rejected the listing.

Hello,

Did you guys check eBay to see if the items actually did launch before resubmitting? If so, did the item list, or does the error always seem to mean it did not?

Hi Christopher ,

did we check to see if they really launched , surely you jest -- this has happened quite a few times in the last 10 days or so and it is an Auctionwatch problem not an ebay one -- they are not launching on ebay - I checked each time just to be sure - but you can almost depend on it now - if you get the error , cannot verify launch -- it means it has not launched .

Auctions are NOT listing. I tried to resubmit twice. I still have one stuck in pending with an "error"!

Many more scheduled soon.

Please Advise ASAP!

Hi dugandog,

I resubmitted that item once and it went through right away. An engineer reported back that the error is happening somewhere on the eBay side of our back door API and they have been notified.

I see where your launch of my item worked. I'll keep an eye on the others.

Hopefully, Ebay will get this straightened out right away.

I had the same issue and reported it to AW but got no response to my second post. I tried to launch it 3 times on Thursday. It is still sitting there with an error. You can launch it any time between 6 to 9 PST if you want to try and figure out what is going wrong.

The same thing has been happening to me. I have had more success with "launch now" than with scheduled launches. When I see the ERROR message I go into DETAILS and edit it and relaunch manually.

I also got this error for past 2 launches:

Verification of launch was not received from eBay.

It is strange that some items are successful whereas some are not, for one launch.
