I receive copies of the WBN so that I know they are sent out and I looked at one I received and instead of saying to make payment out to Barbara it says to make it out to B! arbara
If these bidders actually put B! arbara on the money orders I'll scream (bidders have done stupid things like this before). Why is the WBN adding garbage to the messages? How can I change this?

Hi Barabra, I too had similar problems! If you go into "My Account" then Post sale management tool you can set the wording for all post sale messages. Or the long way around would be to edit each one before you send.

I was in the management area and the text looks fine but it gets sent out garbled. BTW, my name is Barbara not Barabra. Everyone including computers has been having problems with my name since the day I was born. Maybe I should just change my name.

I did not do anything as there is nothing to correct in the post sale management area. Like I said, it looks fine in the area where you can tell the system what you want all the post sale emails to say but when they send out they are garbled. If you give me your email address at AuctionWatch I can forward you the garbled version of it so that you can see for yourself.
