I have had this problem one too many times now for it to be my error. When I combine auctions I always change my shipping cost to be one cost that covers all. However, when I go to launch my WBN notice I see that it has reverted to the original settings of costs per auction and I have to reapply my new shipping costs before sending WBN. Not a huge problem if you are expecting it, but....
So the pattern you are seeing is that you have to apply your WBN changes twice? Are any of the other changes you make not saving, or is it that just some changes save but it doesn't pick up the new costs?
