After I launched some auctions from inventory, they seem to have disappeared. I thought they went to Pending? I haven't taken out old info yet. Maybe I haven't waited long enough or where would they go? Thanks, Gayle

Hi Gayle,

When you launch from inventory, if you didn't schedule them, they should launch right away and appear in your active auctions list. They go to pending if you scheduled a date and time for the launch. Are they in your active list?

Sonya

Sonya,
No, not in Active, don't show that they are processing either. I checked boxes and launch in inventory file, I thought that they went to pending for scheduling. I can't find them now, should I start again? Or wait awhile ad see what appen, seems to be moving a little slow here today. Gayle

Hi Gayle,

When you select the item and hit launch, you are taken to the Launch Items page where you have to select the auction venue and complete the launching of the item. If you didn't do that, then that is why they did not launch.

Sonya

I did not get directed to scheduling page. I thought I had done this before and it had worked. I will try again. Thanks for the help. Gayle

I tried again, same thing. No launch , no directed to Launch page, just the checks disappeared. I think it is on your end. I will try later, this is frustrating. Gayle

Hello Gayle,

Are you listing from WebTV? If so, that is most likely the problem. Our system is not designed to be WebTV compatible, although some functions can be used by WebTV users successfully. If you have duplicates of a closed auction, you might want to try relaunching the closed item rather than listing from inventory.

Diana and Rhonda,
Thanks for your help, I launched from closed auctions just fine. I have very few problems using my Webtv and your service, sometimes I have to check things twice before they stay checked and I might have to do more scrolling than some. The biggest problem that I have is printing invoices and packing slips. I have to print screen, so I have to make the packing slip fit on my TV screen, if I just print I get the whole file. I think AW does very well with Webtv. Thanks, Gayle

PS A tutorial for Webtvers would have been very nice, hint hint.
