Hello,
I've been very concerned with the major increase in my AW fees since March when you instituted the new service plans. Ebay now has Turbo-lister that offers nearly all your services, as well as some you don't offer (support of Ebay stores, for one) that is cheaper than what we're paying AW. I'm giving it a test run and it seems to be very good.
AW, are you going to offer competitive rates with Ebay? We sellers have to be concerned with the bottom line.

I'm not so much worried about fees as about full service -- specifically eBay stores. I still can't understand why AW refuses to support eBay stores, except out of fear it will hurt AW stores. With access to eBay's API, it can't be that big a deal. Every other major service supports eBay stores.
I've been using eBay's Turbo Lister to post to my eBay store and I kind of like it. It doesn't offer post management, automated emails or bulk relisting, but on the other hand it's free, and now that PayPal is offering post-sale management and automated end of auction emails, also for free, pairing the two sure could cut costs.
I like AW and don't mind paying for the service, but if I'm having to go elsewhere to support my eBay store anyway (and fixed price auctions because AW hasn't updated SMBE and doesn't know when it will), its value to me is certainly diminished.
