Becuase about 50% of my customers do not fill out the WBN, they email and ask me for totals. This takes a lot of time, and it would be simpler for me to just have an automated WBN sent with all of the totals. I only provide one shipping option becuase I have found that nearly everyone takes the cheapest option when you provide others. I would like to be able to send a total in the WBN. I have tried just sending the amounts, but the customers sometimes will then just send the cost of the item and will not add up the totals.

Hi Maggielane,
If you would like to send the total in the WBN, you would need to edit the WBN for each auction prior to sending to include this information. Unfortuantely there are no variables to send out the totals. This can get cumbersome, so you might want to try other alternatives -- such as editing the WBN to instruct your winners that they will have to click on the link in order to choose shipping and obtain a total.

I have tried that but about 50% do not click on the link for there total. From reading this board I believe that is around the norm. I am trying to avoid handling a bunch of emails each time my auctions close asking for this information.
