Ok. After the WBN goes out, how do you tell that the customer has responded and has paid. Will it show up in AW or do I just need to keep checking my PayPal account?

Hello,

When a customer responds to your WBN and sends it back to you, the step 2 in post sale will turn a dark blue. They will then pay for the item on the method indicated in their response to you. Then, you can check PayPal to see if the payment has been received. I hope this helps!
