I am new here and am finding everything here very useful except WBN. I'm so confused by it I've avoided using it but I would like to learn.
Is it possible to send test WBN so I can see if it will work without experimenting on a real buyer?
And is the WBN automatically linked to a checkout?
My main stumbling point is the shipping prices. I simply don't know how to fill that out. I am not in the USA and trade internationally. I have four standard shipping charges depending on where in the world the buyer is as follows: UK $1; Europe $4; USA, Canada and the rest of the American continent, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian sub continent and Hong Kong $6.50; Asia, Australia and New Zealand $8.
Will my WBN fail if I don't enter shipping prices? Is it possible to enter shipping as above?
As you can see I have absolutely no clue about this which is why I don't want to try it out on a real customer. Any help you can offer on this will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
You can send a test WBN, by clicking on the post sale keys next to one of your auctions - then use the 'edit' link in the upper right hand corner to change the winning bidders email address to yours. When done, send it to yourself, so you can see what the buyer sees and get a better idea of how to customize the system to meet your needs.

Thank you very much for your speedy reply. I am glad to have found that edit email option.
Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be able to make this work. The WBN would not send because I didn't have a shipping option ticked.
There was an edit button so I tried just ticking one of the boxes. However, the result was that the checkout option had $0.00 shipping which could not be edited. I need buyers to be able to edit shipping but could not see where to enable this.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no option available where the buyers can edit the WBN themselves. You would need to present fixed priced options for them to choose from, in our current setup.
