I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LAUNCH AN IMAGE TO EBAY FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS, BUT IT WILL NOT GO TO THE NEW AUCTION PAGE. I HAVE GONE BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL MY IMAGE WILL NOT CONNECT. HOWEVER, I CAN CLICK ON EXISTING AUCTION AND IT GOES TO EBAY. CAN YOU HELP ME?

GOOD EVENING CHRISTOPHER,
YES, I WILL BE GLAD TO GO STEP BY STEP. 1ST-I GO TO AW AND CLICK ON AN IMAGE I WANT TO PUT ON EBAY.2ND-I CLICK ON ATTACH. 3RD-WHEN THE IMAGE APPEARS, I ENTER EBAY AUCTION IN THE SPACE PROVIDED AND ALREADY CHECKED IS NEW AUCTION. 4TH-I THEN GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND CLICK CONTINUE, BUT IT WILL NOT GO TO THE FORM FOR EBAY, IT FREEZES UP. I WENT BACK AND JUST FOR THE HECK OF IT, I CLICKED ON EXISTING AUCTION AND IT WENT TO A PAGE ASKING FOR MY ID AND PASSWORD FOR EBAY AND THE NEW AUCTION NUMBER. BY THE WAY, I AM ON A WEBTV AND HAVE NOT ENCOUNTERED THIS BEFORE. THANKING YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

Hi Jan,
Thank you for outlining the steps. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue you have outlined, which is due to the WebTV platform being javascript-incompatible. While we do not actively support WebTV at this time, we will do our best to resolve this issue if at all possible. In the meantime, you can work around this by listing on eBay directly, and selecting "Other Auction Site" from our image hosting form, then copy/pasting the code containing your image URLs into the eBay listing form.

I am having the SAME problem as GHVP, attatching to eBay is NOT working, nor is the e-mail link to auctionwatch. When will this ongoing problem be solved? I'm ready for a new image host.

What's this about not supporting webTv? I listed last week with no problems, have you changed the format of the site in the last week?
The image hosting launch page has been updated to reflect new category choices at eBay.
As a result, this page has grown significantly larger and it takes more time to show on the WebTV screen. Could you please try again and wait longer while the page loads, even if apparently nothing happens on your screen in the meantime?

HI THERE,
WELL, I TRIED TO ADD MY IMAGE TO EBAY JUST NOW AND WHEN I GOT TO "CONTINUE" WHICH TAKES ME TO THE EBAY FORM, I CLICKED ON CONTINUE AND WAITED OVER 3 MINUTES AND IT WOULD NOT GO TO THE FORM. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hi GHVP,
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do on our end to resolve this issue - eBay's category tree has grown significantly since the last update on our site.
There is a workaround, however, if you want to continue using our image hosting. You can list your auction directly on eBay, and then once it is active, you can select "existing auction" from our menu and add your images to the existing auction. Note that you will need your auction number to do this.
