I have been trying to launch an auction but when I preview it an error message comes up that it's missing an attribute (error 485)...what does this mean and how can I fix it? I've had no problems with any of my other auctions being launched. Thanks.

Hi Pencilpusher,
eBay now requires Attributes in order to list auctions in the Tickets categories. That is what the error means. Unfortunately, our system is not set up to support Attributes at this time. We are actively working on incorporating solution for this into our listing form, but the solution has been included in a broader, more time-consuming release. Since we are unable to provide support for Tickets categories, you might want to temporarily list auctions in these categories on eBay directly. When support is offered we will make an announcement.
