Does anyone know how long images were unavailable this morning?
Why does this always happen when my auctions are ending... : (

Hi Pamc19,
There was a network issue that occured last night from about 9:25pm - 9:50pm PST where the images were not showing. If you are still having this problem I would suggest doing a tracert so that we can determine what the problem is:
1. Go to Start -> Run
2. Type in tracert -d imagehost.auctionwatch.com
3. Let us know the IP address of the last entry (this should be 66.7.130.10)
You can copy and paste the results in this thread so I can send them to engineering.
