What is going on? I am trying to refresh my active auction page and this is the message I am receiving:

Warning: Unable to update listings due to invalid eBay username or password in AuctionWatch preferences. Please verify your username and password at eBay and then update your AuctionWatch preferences

I've been a seller for YEARS with the same user name and email address for YEARS.

I need to get this fixed especially since you guys are going to be down tonight, one of the most busy auction nights of the week. I still don't understand why you do this on Thursday nights...

Please tell me why my user name is suddenly invalid....

Hello,

Did you change your password, perhaps? Try entering in the information again (your username, password and email address).
