I had 3 buyers tell me that they could not get the Auctionwatch link to work when they went to answer my WBN and reminders last week. One person told me it was taking her to AW's main page (I assume she meant home page). When I tried the links in the CCs to me they worked. Two buyers emailed me to tell me and I emailed the other 1 to get a reply.
I did have one person able to use it last week and now one person used it last night OK. Hopefully it will work for the rest of my bidders that won last night.
Was AW having problems last week that are now fixed?

Hi Rose,
What are the auction ID numbers where people where having trouble? We were not experiencing troubles that would have affected the links so most likely it has to do with their ISP.

The auction numbers were 1565904524, 1771563535, and 1565901442.
I thought the whole thing was strange because I could click the auctions and they were OK. If one person had said it I would have just thought it was them, but when 3 people have trouble then something must be up somewhere. I just don't know where.
It is an issue with their email client. You can't really do much other than tell them to try copying and pasting the link in an open browser. That should lead them to the checkout.
