Hi - I've been trying to access my customer list (in order to select all - I must first display all) which it won't do (there's about 3000) so I can't send the email - it keeps giving me an error message/web site not responding - I've tried it over a dozen times on 2 different servers
I need to send this email - please get back to me as as soon as possible.

I was able to get them all to appear by Mailing List -- are you trying to send an email to everyone from every list you have, or to just a certain mailing list? Do you use AOL's browser?

Sonya - I'm trying to send it to the mailing list - I also tried in Netscape but it's freezing out the program - Please tell me how to do it!
Try using Internet Explorer. I was able to get your customers in the mailing list to come up (all 3300 of them). What kind of connection do you have -- dialup, DSL or cable?
