I've combined multiple items that one customer has purchased and put in the shipping options and total due for shipping, but when the customer goes to sellect that option, it comes up with a $0 amount for shipping and they cannot select that option.
Is there a way to correct this and have shipping amounts and options appear in the customer checkout form?

Hi Sonya,
Thanks for the quick reply. The Listing ID's are 2058371033 & 2058366615. I did figure out that I had to put in the shipping $ amount "before" I combined, but I only want to have one shipping amount or option show up for both items combined. It is now showing one amount that is correct for the two items combined and then another option that has $0 for the other item. Any way to have just one shipping amount show up?
Also, as you suggested...how do I "uncombine" items once they have been combined? I didn't think that was possible.
You will have to first uncombine the order. To do this, click the order number -- you should see an Edit Buyer button on the right. Click on that and on the following screen, deselect "relist" and click on Split Order. Then go back to Post Sale and go to Combineable Items. Recombine those auctions into an order. Before you confirm it you will have the choice to offer shipping on the items individually, or offer shipping on the items as an order. You will want to select the one to offer shipping for an order, and then you can choose the shipping method and price you want.
