When I go in to edit my WBNs, my global preferences are not appearing for the shipping and payment sections.
For example, I have USPS Priority (fixed) and FedEx Ground as my default shipping choices in the preferences, but when I go to edit a WBN, the shipping options both default to USPS First Class (unselected).
Also, I have PayPal, MO and Personal Check selected in my global preferences and those are not displaying as checked in the WBN edit.

Hi Joyce,
Unfortunately those preferences do not automatically apply themselves to auctions you import from eBay -- you would have to list from AW in order for them to show. You would have to edit the WBN for each imported auction to reflect what you want for payment, prior to sending, for those auctions you imported.

Darn, the preferences used to work when I imported from eBay before. If I were to relist future auctions from the Sales Manager, would the preferences apply to those auctions?

Hi Joyce,
The preferences apply to anything you launch from AW. What I was referring to in my earlier post was if you used the import tool -- those that you imported would have to be edited.
