Hi AW Folks -
I regularly get yellow-flagged messages from winning bidders in Post Sale Express asking for my shipping address - probably 15% of all respondents. This suggests that the customer isn't seeing my address prior to sending a message requesting it.
Having to respond to these requests for my mailing address (to make sure they have it) is very time consuming.
Please consider a way to highlight the seller's remittance address prior to the message option, or add a note near the message box telling the bidder where they will find the seller's address.
It will save the seller time and appear more professional to the bidder.

Thank you for the suggestions! Keep in mind you can also edit the WBN email message to inform the winners where to look for your address. This may eliminate some confusion.

It is totally in the sellers control to move it wherever you wish on your own form. I have had the same thing happen a lot. I don't know if they are not getting the notice at all or can't read. I just can't decide where to move it that wouldn't look nuts. Also, I'm really afraid, they will pick that up and not read the rest. Maybe just a mention of address below would be enough. Anyone with a successful idea please respond.
