Suddenly my bidders are wanting Delivery Confirmation and are including .05-.45 to cover it when in fact the post office charges .55 for this. I went to the Seller Preferences page to put this info in to avoid misunderstandings on how much it costs for this and I cannot find a place to add this to the WBN. Am I just overlooking it or looking on the wrong page for it? Now it looks like that bidder owes -.45 or should I say overpaid by .45 since that was not on the form but they included it in their PayPal payment and I don't know how to get their balance to show that they owe $0.00 on the packing slip info.
There unfortunately is no space for Delivery Confirmations on the WBN. If you do not want your bidders to add extra information like that (or add incorrect information) you may want to state that in your WBN email message to avoid confusion.
