I need to know why I was just billed twice what I expected and signed up for. I'm on the premium flat rate, my invoice shows half of what I was actually charged.
I logged into your account and checked your statement but could not locate any double billing for the same thing. It looks like you were on the standard plan, then signed up for the one you are on now in mid-cycle - so it charged you the pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
You were not charged for the free trial, you were charged for normal services. I will have the billing specialist check into when your trial started Vs when you were charged for the plan/s you are/were on and get back to you.
