Ok, this is a weird one. We have had INCREDIBLE trouble with Andale and decided to "test drive" Auctionwatch. I launched an auction with Auctionwatch today. I have not closed my Andale yet, as I have about 30 auctions current now and about 30 in the "pending" stages.

So I'm at my Andale Counter page and low and behold the auction that I listed through Auctionwatch shows up on THEIR counter page. Now since I'm not using their counters, it shows that it's had no hits, when indeed it had.

So here's my question....you don't think this is indication that Andale will "scoop" up this auction into their checkout, do you? I mean, I can't just cancel my entire Andale account as 1/2 of those closed auctions I'm still waiting on money, etc. I'd lose all my records, but I don't want to wait weeks in order for all those things to close before I can list new stuff at Auctionwatch.

I hope I'm making some sense here. I'm just completely frustrated and want to get making some money.

Hi Maxsmom77,

Welcome to AuctionWatch family!

I looked into your account, you have now only one active listing. Although launched through our services, the description contains an Andale style template. The counter is from AW, but it seems that you revised your item twice: first time you added a link to all your items you are selling at eBay, then you added a payment link.

Here are some tips:
- you can import all your active listings launched at eBay using our import tool. This way you may perform checkout (we call it PostSaleManagement) at AW.
- you can track your closed listings at eBay and perform post sale at AW, using our track feature. Unfortunately, for closed listings, the track works on a per item basis (you have to track them one by one).
- you can include the PayPal payment link (the one you added when you revised your listing) into your description. See MyAccount -> SellerGlobal page. ayou may enter this text as your "Default Listing Text"
Related to your Andale question: I do not know what plan you have there, but I do not think they will cahrge you for the above auction as you did not use them to lauch the listing, nor for image hosting.

If you have other problems using our services, do not hesitste to contact us.
