I've just started using AW and really enjoy the ease. Just one question, before when I was listing through ebay I had the option of putting a picture on the title bar at the top. Do I still have that option and how do I get to it ? If I don't , could that possibly be available in the future ?
Unfortunately, the thumbnail image in the title bar is only available if you use Ipix image hosting through eBay. I don't belive that there is any way that we will be able to allow this through our service, but I will log your request.

Diana, you are not entirely correct.
The title bar thumbnail is free if you use eBay picture hosting, but you can get it with any photo hosting by selecting the 25-cent gallery option under "gallery photos" in eBay promotional options (this is the section where you can select features like category featured, bold title, highlighted title, etc).
This can be selected inside Sales Manager's online listing form or in either of AW's offline bulk-listing programs, SMPro and SMBE.
This puts your photo in the eBay gallery, which is worthless, but it also puts the thumbnail in the title bar.

Hi abqsales,
I think we are talking about two different things. To my understanding, if you select a Gallery image, you will get the thumbnail in the search results list, but not in the title bar of the auction itself.
I assumed that elizabethsattic was referring to the thumbnail in the title bar of the auction page... perhaps I misunderstood the question!

Diana ......you understood my question and you also answered it .I was asking about having a thumbnail on the auction page title . I know I can't be the only person who looks at that first when looking for something specific. I still would like to see the option in the future.
abqsales thanks for your suggestion. I'm sorry you think that the gallery pics are useless , I have found them to be quite helpful on selling certain things .
