Is there any way that when you send a Shipment Notification -- Post Sale # 6 -- that the TOTAL PAYMENT [final bid + S&H (+ whatever else: tax, insurance, etc.)] could be listed instead of just the \"payment\".
Right now it says something like \"Thank you for your payment of $#.## for the item ABCD\"
The amount $#.## only = their final bid amount. I find myself having to manually go in and edit each Post Sale # 6 Shipment Notification because I don\'t want my customers confused that I didn\'t receive full payment (yes, I did send them payment notification, but I don\'t want ANY confusion).

Hello Pam,
I am not sure why the payment received total would not reflect the shipping amount. I'll have to look into that, and I'll let you know what I find out.
