Could someone please tell me how to correct this in detail please?!

I've been hunting for the answer but no luck! I know to go to Seller global preferences but what am I looking for?

Thanks so much!

Amy

Hello Amy,

The javascript would most likely be in your default text box, which is at the very bottom of the Global Preferences page. This is where you would have inserted the PayPal logo, and any other text that you wanted to appear in all of your auction descriptions.

I deleted my default listing text under the global preferences but it is still there when I check on it!

What do I have to do in more detail! Do I have to mess with my current and old auctions to update in order for things to be normal?!!

Please help me through the process!

Thanks again,

Amy!

Hi Amy,

Deleting the default text only applies to new auctions. It won't change anything in auctions already launched. You would need to use the revise auction form on eBay if you needed to edit those auctions.

Regards,

Sonya
