The Shipment status notification Preview says..."Your item has been shipped via and should arrive shortly." How do I add USPS
to the sentence...Your item has been shipped via USPS and should arrive shortly." Thanks.

Hello hdtjme,
The default message should include the correct identifier, which is %%Carrier%% - just insert this identifier into the text of your shipment notification message, which can be found under My Account -> Post Sale Mgt. Options. I am not sure why the identifier was changed or removed, but if you reinsert it you should be all set.
