By the time I probably get any help with this, it will probably have moved to the closed section, but I would like to know why when I click on an item that was a "buy-it-now" item and click on refresh, it will not move to "closed". I tried about six times, and it still stays in the active list. Why is this happening? There is a workaround/solution for the BIN delays called Mailstep. You can use this to move your items to the closed list automatically, otherwise refreshing those items will usually always drop them into closed for you. The WBN will not send until it has moved into the closed section.
