I applied for and received a credit from ebay on an auction for a non-paying bidder. I used the NPBN AW provided but I never get credit from AW - do I have to file another request for this.

Hi Ladyjewels2000,

You have to file a seperate one with us, as that one is for eBay only. You can file for one via the refund request form.

I asked this question quite a while ago. Why doesn't AW make it simplier for the seller and have a button for AW refunds the way they have for Ebay refunds or combine them someway? Why make it so difficult?
