i have my options set to have them sent out automatically. they seem to be going out ok. the problem is i am not receiving the copies to my email. i have checked the email with aw and that is correct. the option is also selected under post sale management. what could the problem be?

Hi Sn0bbish,
You may want to check your junk mail folders in your hotmail -- also your SPAM filters -- as Hotmail is one ISP that has high filters when it comes to email. If you find them there, try lowering your filter settings and also changing up the wording in your WBN subject line a little bit.
