on the post sale keys...If I check the box for #3 (payment received) will the winning bidder get the "Payment Received" notice or do I have to manualy send it as well as checking the #3 box when I receive pmt so they get notice?

Hi Dstechnologies,

You would need to send the actual Payment Received notice. Checking off step 3 does not perform that function.
