Hi! I'm trying to list concert tickets in the "Event Ticket" category, but every time I try to do the Ebay preview I get this error:
A processing error occured while previewing your listing on eBay.

The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:
Error 485: -Item is submitted without the attributes.
A required attribute is missing.
Does any one know what this attribute is that is missing? Does this only happen with Preview, or will the launch crash as well?Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hi Samplingman,
eBay now requires Attributes in order to list auctions in the Tickets categories. Unfortunately, our system is not set up to support Attributes at this time. We are actively working on incorporating solution for this into our listing form, but the solution has been included in a broader, more time-consuming release.
Since we are unable to provide support for Tickets categories, you might want to temporarily list auctions in these categories on eBay directly.
We are working on getting Attributes implemented so that you may list in these categories from here.
