Ok, who else finds this about as stupid as it gets??? Why can't we just use the auction id # instead of some other number that AW assigns??? This is absurd and only discourges individuals from filing for fee refunds. I track my auctions by the title and auction id #, as does AW with every other way they manage our auctions-whether it be active or post sale. This doesn't make any sense for us to jump through hoops to weed through endless auctions and search for those that need to be refunded because some cheap ass bidder didn't pay. Then we have to jump to another page to enter the number that AW assigns.

Hi Rustygumbo,
When issuing refunds, billing needs the AW reference number -- that is why there is an additional number next to the item ID. It is not meant to make refund requests more difficult.
