Please provide provide a fix.

Shipping notices are not being sent, instead page times out.

Hi Robert,

Try clearing your browser's cache, and double checking your internet connection. It looks like this is connection related. If you have an alternate browser on your computer, try using that instead -- especially if you are using the AOL browser. Let me know if this doesn't fix the problem.

Hello Sonya,

Thanks for your reply.
We currently use broadband (not through aol)
and do not use aol's browser either.

We have brand new systems, cache is clear yet the problem persists.

Please check on your end, buyers are getting very nervous here!

Can you try reconnecting to the internet? Are you able to access everything else on the site just fine?

Can you let me know what browser you are using, and which browser version it is? Try using an alternate one if you can.

Internet explorer 6.0.

All Other computers experiencing the SAME problem.

Sonya...I know that its on your end.

Have reported many problems to you in the past........all were on your end!

Please advise your tech dept on this issue ASAP!

We are testing this and have no trouble with this feature. How many are you sending at once? Also do you do them from Post Sale, or from the fulfillment checklist?
