When will Auctionwatch incorporate this into the listings so we dont have to manually insert this?? Its a royal pain!

Hello,
No announcements are currently available as to when support for the new integrated PayPal system would take place.

Go to -->My Account -->Global Preferences -->Default Listing Text.
In the box paste your PayPal logo. Now it will automatically be inserted into every auction you list!
Hope this helps.

I have been doing it this way for some time. Customers still do not see it and I get asked if I take PayPal frequently. It needs to be incororated into the auction. We should not need to do various work arounds.

I agree with the last post..they dont see it if inserted, especially if they are now used to it being on the very top!!! Some wont even bother to scroll down to look! I dont understand the holdup on this addition at all, and do not feel as if this is being explained well enough!

I agree. I was just poking around my AW acct. to see if there was anywhere I could check off that I wanted the Paypal logo added to the top right along with with my eBay Payments logo. I do have the clickable logo at the bottom (along with so much other stuff!) and still have some people ask if I accept Paypal. I think having it at the top right just makes for a cleaner looking auction page. Although necessary, I think the add-ons at the bottom look messy.

Hey guys, maybe I'm missing something here. But, my auctions have had the Paypal logo for quite awhile. It is not done through AW. It is done through the Paypal site. Just check the box that asks if you want the Paypal logo to show on your auctions. Then Paypal automatically puts them on within 24 hours of your listing. Unless I'm completely wrong I believe this would solve the problem on this post.

They are not inserted into the top right hand corner..the newest banner...It has been implemented for sometime, but you can not do it thru auctionwatch!! You have to go into each auction and manually enter it..
Auctionwatches answer to this problem is, "We dont know when we will implement it" I find this to be outrageous!!

This is important. Please fix ASAP. I realy want to return to AW, but why do all the services seem so bent on not listening to their users?
The Paypal logo in the upper right portion of the listing looks very professional and lets everyone know at a glance that Paypal is accepted.
I know I never bid on items where I have to send a check or money order and over 80% of my customers use Paypal so this is a very important matter.
Going into each ad to revise it in order to get the logo placed in the listing is not an acceptable alternative if you list more than 20 or so auctions at a time. (even then it is time consuming and should not be necessary).

I guess I'm lost because I don't see how to even get it at the top individually. I've been over a year trying to get an answer from eBay or AW as to how people change the top of the auction form payments and shipping listed under the High Bid. I too am discouraged by the number of nasty emails about how I only take MOs and potential bidders writing that they backed out because I don't take PayPal (didn't scroll down). Those two bits of information are so personal we should be able to customize them.
I see auctions with different things listed there and would like mine to read Actual shipping (as I checked off in AWPro but it defaults to all shipping somewhere)because "all shipping costs" sounds like there are other hidden charges and MO, Other electronic payments as I've seen in other auctions instead of the default MO/cashiers check that shows up. Someone said you cannot list the names of them there, but at least bidders would know you take them. So far they both say they do not control that portion of the auction. I wrote one seller and asked how they changed it and they said they didn't know it could be changed, but theirs had "other electronic payments" listed under high bid.
I never understood why there had to be so many different places to change the information in auction anyway. A lot of people don't know there are places other than the listing form like global preferences to choose information.
While I'm here, what's with c2it. Several have tried to use it and when clicked it says expired, no longer a member of network. Can't they tweak it to work with the new network? I don't know how to change that either.
