I launched several auctions from inventory (after deleting from storefront) to Ebay for Free Fixed Day. Ebay notified at 4:15 CST End of Transaction and Request Payment Information at 4:20 CST. I just noticed this particular auction doesn't exist on my display with AW. Not in Active or Closed. Please help. Item #1577454838. May have more. Am checking now. I believe this particular auction was may have been launched after Midnight CST but Ebay took it so AW should have.

Hello,

I checked, and this item was missing from your account. I was able to track it back in, however you may need to manually edit the WBN with valid shipping options before it is sent. Please let us know if you encounter any more of these. All items listed/relisted via AW should automatically be imported.

I am sorry! Because the display only allows 50 to a page, the others were on the next page viewable in Active. When it wouldn't show in closed, I forgot to look in active 2nd page. When I found in active, I refreshed several times and it finally went to closed. I need to keep over 50 active at all times to teach myself to go to the active only display, I guess. Thank you again!

Thanks! Evidently we were posting at the same time and that is why after refreshing it was fixed for me.

Hello Chris,

Could this be happening because my inventory button for some of the active ones I put up are showing a zero in the quantity field? If so I would need to go back and change all those listed...and up the zero to 1 before another one closes with a Fixed Price.

Hello,

I beat ya by ten seconds.

You will know which was the case. If there is all of your post sale information still in tact, the item was always in your account. If however you need to set it up again, it had been missing all along.
