this morning I uploaded a photo for a special auction that I had a gallery feature and a $5. highlight. I check the auction this afternoon on Ebay and no photos. I checked my Image hosting and no photos. What's happened? Is there any way I can get the photo into the auction template without canceling the first auction and paying the extra fee? This is really some way to test the "highlight" feature, I sure won't do it again.

I have uploaded the image again. Could you please tell me if there is a way to attach the image to show up in my template? I know I can attach it via ebay but it will be down below the template and I want it on top.

Hello,

If that listing *had* the image attached to it originally, just upload it again with the exact same filename as it had the first time around, and it will appear exactly where it was before. If the auction was launched without an image attached at all originally, you would need to edit the HTML in the item description area to make it appear, which would be very tricky especially if you used one of our preformatted templates.

If you have any further questions, please let us know the item number you are working on.

Hi Greengate,

Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to do that for you -- looking at the auction, it looks like it launched without any photos. I see that you did add one after it launched, is this the one you were referring to?

Sonya

Thanks Sonya,
I canceled the auction and set up the template again and launched a new auction. On the first auction I had opted for the $5. highlight. Can you tell me if this will be charged? I would think not since the auction was closed early with no bids.

Hello,

You probably will get the charge from eBay. If you did it will show up on your eBay statement.

Regards,

Sonya
