Well once again, I'm having the same problem. My auctions launched just fine last night. I'm trying to upload another batch this evening and it is hanging up at the same place as last night. The jpg file that it is stopping at is the one that I deleted yesterday. It is not there, but it won't go past it. What now? Hootietute

Hello,

Try doing a search on your local drive for this image, then delete any other copies. Or, you could navigate to both the 'images' and 'thumbs' folders within the Pro directory and manually delete any reference to this problematic image from here.

Your directions didn't work....I've deleted these from PRO, I've deleted these from my C: drive and when I updoad my batch, that doesn't even have that picture in it, it hangs up when it goes into the upload mode. It's searching for that jpg and it's not there. Now What....This is so frustrating.

Hello,

Glad to hear it isn't getting stuck on that image anymore - dont bother looking for it then.

What is the error message you get when you try to upload?

Please always provide us with the error message when you are working on these issues, they will help us help you find the cause/solution much quicker.

Hit the 'details' button when you try to synch, then let us know what it says.

Sorry,

My message says:
Synchronization failed...bad response from server....go to www.auctionwatch.com and check images. This is the same error message that I was getting yesterday. The file that was giving me problems was 1101T.jpg.....I've gone in and deleted this file everywhere. Then I go back into the upload process, and even though my picture is not showing there or on my c: drive, it keeps finding it when I go back and "find" ll01T.... I just don't get it.

Hello,

If you have not done so already, restart your machine. If this doesn't do the trick, try deleting the images.map folder from the data folder in the AuctionWatch directory, and resynch.

Okay,

The computer reboot didn't do the trick. If you'd be so kind as to walk me through the steps of the images.map data folder It would be much appreciated. No rush, as I've had enough and am going to bed. I'll check back and try again tomorrow.

Hello,

It is easy enough. If you searched your computer for that image file before, it is just the same. Go to your Windows search option, enter images.map as the name of the file, set it to search your C drive, and delete it once located.

Afterword, launch Pro again and attempt another synch.
