I had a customer pay for an order directly on paypal.com. AW didn't pick it up somehow and I'd like to enter his address so I can print a shipping label. How do I do that? Thanks.
Click on the PSM keys beside that buyers listing in the closed section, then use the second step to visit the buyers checkout, where you can provide their mailing address.

I tried that, but it shows the order as confirmed, so I can't edit it. Anything else I could try? Some of the boxes after box 2 are already darkened, maybe I can undo that somehow?
Yes, undoing the step will allow you to edit. All you need to do is go to the fulfillment checklist and deselect step 2. Then go to edit, and fill out the WBN response. When you are done, save your changes, and then you can print the packing slip because the information will appear on it.
