I would like to know if there is a way to make a direct sale on the phojne and manage in the post sale area. It is not a store sdale or an auction sale. How can i enter just a phone order. If it is possible!

Hi Electronic4me,
In Global Preferences you will see an option in Traditional Methods called "Other". If you select that, you can put in the field provided, your payment preference (you could put 'phone purchase'). I hope this helps!

You mis-understood me. I am not talking about a way of payment, I am talking about an entire new pruchase. For exemple someone calls to pay for an ebay sale, but ending buying somthing elese on top of it, how do i manage this extra sale is my real question!
Thank you for clarifying what you meant. The easiest way would probably be to create a store item (maybe title it "Phone Sale" and run through the purchase for it, and then combine it with the auction they originally won.

I thought about this but there are a few downside to this, first I will have to create a new listing for every phone sales (with all the details descriptions etc...), but that is not really the problem. The problem is that I will pay some fees on this sales fron the store but it didn;t came from the store! It came from me. I should hgave top pay only for the post sale part of it not the store. It is maybe something you want to think trhough with your team and add the feature.
