I just uploaded several images and they all went through but one. I keep getting the following message for this one image.
"We could not identify the uploaded image, AngelOrnPcs.jpg. Please try repairing and/or re-uploading this image."
I tried taking another picture of the item, changing the name of it. Deleted it and started all over with a new pic and still keep getting this message. Any suggestions?

Hi Lisa,
Try using the Manage Images link in the Sales Manager tab to upload the image. If it doesn't work there either let me know -- perhaps I can get you to send the image to me so I can take a look at it.
I just said the heck with that one image and tried another one. This is what I got with that one so it's not me it's AW! "We could not make a smaller preview of the uploaded image, SnowmanTreeOrn.jpg. Please try repairing and/or re-uploading this image."
Please look into this asap. I wanted to load some auctions tonight and it's getting late here in the east.
I would appreciate it if you would discuss this with someone at tech support. After the last email I sent you, it's still happening intermittently. I just uploaded six more images and they all went through except for one. I got this...."We could not make a smaller preview of the uploaded image, SantaXmasCheer.jpg. If it were something on my end I would think that none of them would go through. Please check into this further. It's becoming extremely irritating and I don't have time to keep trying 10 times to upload one image. Thanks.
