I launch my auctions from AW and I don't believe I'm doing anything different than I've always done. My last listing( 920839267)requires that the viewer uses the scroll bar at the bottom in order to read the description and to view the pictures.
I am ready to launch another listing today and noticed that when I preview it, it has the same problem.
can someone tell me how to correct this. TIA Donna

Hi footprints,
I am not quite sure I understand. I took a look at a couple of your listings and they all seem to require scrolling down to see everything, pictures, descriptions etc. You do seem to be choosing different templates and layouts for you different listings, is that what you are referring to, the layout?

Tara...thank you for attempting to help me. The listing that I am referring to is item # 920839267. It requires the viewer to use the scroll bar at the bottom...the one that moves from left to right..in order to read description etc. All my other listings you just scroll down to view everything NOT left to right. Please advise.

I experimented with it a little and found that that template with three pictures wide(across the top) is causing it. If you use a layout with all the pictures on the side or have them wrap left or right(2 pictures on top) or a different template it should fix it.
