I have just started back using AW and I listed one item to check out how it looks.
I noticed at the top of the page where the Billpoint logo usually goes I only have a line that says "Billpoint, for more info click here" or something like that.
Before, when I listed with the other service I was using it had the full Billpoint logo with all cc listings. What did I do wrong here?
Also, isn't there a way to stay logged on to AW. I am having to log in every time I return to the site (about 30 times a day).

Hi Lindajean,
There is a setting in Billpoint you can turn on that will automatically insert the logo and the little credit card icons. If you turn that on then whenever you list to eBay it will show up.
The way the login works is if you shut your browser you get logged off. Unfortunately we do not have a feature that keeps you logged in all the time, unless you wanted to keep your browser open all day long.

OK, I went into Billpoint but couldn't get the logo. Maybe because Ebay is phasing it out.
I did go in and do a manual revision showing Paypal accepted and the Paypal logo is inserted in my ad at the top where Billpoint once went. I like the way that looks.
But, even though I checked Paypal during the ad process using Sales Manager Pro, it did not show up until I went in and revised the listing on Ebay.
Can I make this show up in every ad? I really want people to see they can use it when they open the ad. Why didn't it just show up automatically in the ad? Did I do something wrong with my AW preferences?
I am getting ready to list a couple of hundred items but want to get all this ironed out first. Please let me know.

Hi Lindajean,
That is a different setting than the one that we currently have on our forms. If that settings works the same way as the Billpoint one did, then it should appear on every auction that you launch like that.

No, I just listed another item and the logo was not there.
Maybe you don't know what I am talking about? There is a logo on the top of the auction page where it shows Paypal and the credit cards in miniature. Right up there where the location etc. is.
I want to do that automatically through my listings here, and not have to go in and revise each one. I have paypal checked, but it does not show in my listing heading. I have to go in and put my Paypal email address and check Paypal on each ad as a revision to get it to show up there.
How can I make this appear automatically without going to Ebay each time? Or can I?

I think I found the answer in another post.
You DON't do it now, right? There is no way but I think I read where engineering is working on putting the Paypal logo in the listing page? How long do you anticipate it taking?

Hello,
No, we do not do this right now. You may be able to set it up in your PayPal and your eBay account but you can't set it up here. I'm not sure when the forms here will be updated with PayPal as a selection the way that it is on eBay but we will provide updates as we receive them.

Hi Sonya, I also have a problem having to relog into AW every time I switch to a different site. My User ID stays but I have to renter the password each and everytime. My browser stays on all day. This happens on both my webtv and my laptop with Windows 98. Any suggestions? Steve

Hi Steve,
It could be prompting you to log in each time since you are using both a laptop and a WebTV unit with one account. Do you switch regularly between the two?
