Here is a brief description of the copy and reset links found under the action column of the Sales Manager page.
COPY - this copies the current auction in your pending. This is valuable to users who have multiple items of the same kind. This eliminates the burden of having to enter the item description and listing information over again.
RESET - this resets the current counter on the auction to zero. This link is important when you relist your items. It enables you to receive a fresh count on your relisted auctions.
