Could I suggest on the WBN you add instruction by the shipping and payment drop down windows to click on the arrow for choices? I have 4 emails from people that don't know how to get to the information.
Another problem with all windows is that once you choose, if you start to scroll again it changes your choice in the window. There are other sites where this does not happen, once you click your choice the window closes automatically showing the choice. eBay has the same problem with important windows like NPB. I get many emails from panicky people thinking it is written in stone that form went through with wrong thing checked because of this problem.
