I am trying to Create a listing to put on Ebay and everytime I get to the Catagory section and click on it to choose a catagory there is nothing there...just blank lines and an error message of some kind. Whats wrong?

Hi Piggypint,

That usually means that your browser does not have java script turned on -- what browser are you using, and what version is it? If you are certain you have it on, there should be a drop down on top of the category boxes that you can select a top category from. When you pick one the categories in the boxes below will populate with sub categories.

Hello,

From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. Go to the Security tab and click on Custom Level. Scroll to where it says Java Permissions. You should have three options there (among the disable option) for safety -- low, medium or high. Select high safety. You'll then have to quit and restart your browser after you apply the change.

Sonya

Hello,

What version of IE are you using? I gave you directions on how to check them for IE 5 and up. If you go to Help and select About Internet Explorer you can see what version you are using.

Hello,

That is odd there should be a Java Permissions there. Can you look again? It is right under Microsoft VM.
