can some one please put me in the right direction for a refund?I have written several times,each time I have sent ebay's refund notice and that the person is no longer a registard user on ebay,and each time my request has been denied.thank you.

no as stated, I need a refund from auctionwatch,even though I have sent them proof of ebay's refund notice,auctionwatch continues to state my claim is denied.thank you,maureen
