MOD: I'm trying to change my account information and it won't let me. I don't want to post the specifics here, can I have a personal email?

I am also trying to set up some mail rules in Outlook to block all mail except that from AW, Paypal and Ebay...so I want to know how it's working.......
It may not be, I tried to change my account information and didn't get the confirmation code number emailed to me.....

Hello glassgrl,
When you say that the system won't let you update your information, what exactly do you mean? Are you receiving an error message of some sort? If so, where are you when you receive it and what does it say?
