Hello......for the past 2 or 3 hours, I've been unable to attach images to existing eBay auctions. I keep receiving the "Can't find password" error message. This has been happening on and off since October. Any solutions? What is causing this to happen?

Hi Northwoodsguy,
I checked and it appears you do not have your ebay information stored in your account, which is why you keep getting that error. Go to your My Account tab and click on Auction Site Accounts. You can store your eBay ID, password and email address there. Then go ahead and try to attach your images again.

Hello, Sonya.....I tried what you suggested, but I am still getting the error message,
"Couldn't find password." This is VERY frustrating. Greg
Try signing in on eBay directly. eBay has implemented a new security measure that will require you to enter a security code. If you are required to enter a security code at eBay, it will be 24 hours before you will be able to attach your images from our site. That would be the reason you continue to get the "couldn't find password" message when you go to attach your images.
You can work around this by selecting "other auction site" from the drop-down menu. Just copy and paste the code generated by our system into the description field of the auction revision form. Try signing in directly on eBay periodically -- when the login page there stops asking you for the 4 digit code, you will be able to attach images the usual way from our site.
