Since I cannot upload images via the browser (for the past several days) I have tried SM PRO in Virtual PC, and guess what: It keeps crashing. So my business has come to a halt.
We are looking into your issue. Please let us know what error message you get in SMPro; also, please click Details in the SMPro synchronization window, and copy here the last lines of the detailed log.
Thanks for the error details; they show that indeed SMPro is not compatible with your Virtual PC installation. So, I'm afraid you won't be able to use SMPro to bulk upload your images, and we need to look into what prevents your browser from working properly.
It's vital that I hear from you on the upload issue today. I have about 400 images to upload and remember; in almost 3 years I have not had this type of problem uploading images through the browser interface AND nothing has changed on my end in terms of configuration. I am on a cable modem btw.
