I have been attempting unsuccessfully all morning to upload photos, and have noticed that others on this board are experiencing the same thing. Is there a problem that is being worked on? I regularly upload and this is the first time this has happened to me. I would appreciate an announcement indicating when the problem might be resolved.

Hi Mcmusic,
Try uploading your images in smaller groups or one at a time. If you have an alternate access number for your ISP you may want to try that as well. If these suggestions don't work, let me know.

I have posting about this for several days and as usual AW engineers respond "all is fine here, look at your end".
Well, NOTHING has changed on my end for 3 years that I've used AW. Ever since your system issues on the 20th I have not been able to upload images.
I suggest your engineers look at this again. Today. Now.
Sorry for being curt but it is halted my business and I have 400 images that I need to upload.

Hi Sonya,
Thank you for the advice. I tried uploading one at a time, and found I could actually upload up to 4 at one point. Then it reverted back to the same "site not found" message (when trying to upload 3 or 4). However, I've successfully uploaded one or two at a time and now have uploaded all but one image, which I will save for another day.
