can I change the shipping costs after the auction closes? I had a winning bidder from Hong Kong and we had discussed the shipping costs before she bid, so I'm ok with that. The only question is, can I change the shipping costs and send her a new winning bidder notice or what?

You can do that -- if you already sent out the WBN, just uncheck step 1. Then go back and edit it with the new shipping and go ahead and send it to your winner.

wait, there it is, you actually have to go back and edit the wbn! I kept trying to change just the shipping cost box.
