I cannot post any auctions at eBay because AuctionWatch keeps telling me that the user name that I am using (which is the user name that I have been using for the past three years with eBay) is stored in another AuctionWatch account. I tried to edit my AW account and that didn?t work, it takes me right back to square one with the same message.
I have been trying to contact AuctionWatch for three days and have left numerous messages and I get absolutely no replies. (I have not used AW in several months due to an illness)
I don't know what else to do. Any help appreciated, TIA

You have an eBay ID in your account right now. If you want a different one there let us know the name of it and we will assist you with the change. I have the emails that you wrote to us, we can continue here or via email -- just let me know what you would like to do.
